每个自动化工作站包括高精传输带，高速精密运动伺服，视觉检测，视觉对位，传输线，Feeder，电脑软件，自动检测和自动组装
该设备为华为电源自动组装线中的设备，需要全自动化，稳定，错误率极低，需要每个工序视觉修正，检测，工装设计排除发生问题的几率
第一工站：
1）从上工位测试流入的Tray中取出电源底板，翻转，视觉对位，放入治具
2）从Tray Feeder取出散热片，视觉对位，放入治具
第二工站
1）治具定位，螺丝孔校正
2）自动锁螺丝，视觉修正吸取的螺丝
第3工位
1）视觉检测产品外观
2）自动分拣，翻转，放入Tray排列，流入下工序
