Generally speaking, in addition to the logic signals obtained by digital DIO, the reading of analog signals, such as the measurement of electrical signals such as voltage and current, displacement signals, etc., should be completed by independent measuring instruments controlled by the bus as much as possible. Because as a demanding ATE, the correct measurement and reading of these signals requires a management system, which means that they need to be sent to the certification agency for calibration and verification at regular intervals.
