In order to adapt to the current power supply requirements for controlling magnetic flux, the magnetic core grinder grinds the upper and lower magnetic cores after dispensing glue to eliminate their air gaps and homogenize the glue to meet the magnetic flux requirements.

The controlled parameters include grinding pressure, grinding lead, grinding times, grinding head direction, corresponding grinding head replacement, etc. The parameters are uploaded to MES to monitor the entire production process.
