On-the-fly inkjet printing technology for high-speed inkjet printing

In the high-speed printing process, in order to improve the printing efficiency, flying printing technology is used. It is the servo system that drives the printing dock to the printing position without slowing down and printing directly. When moving to different printing positions to print, it is not easy to see the pause, but the printing is done during the movement. This has high requirements for movement, inkjet printer control, motion control, software coordination, calibration, etc., but it has obvious effects on inkjet printing occasions that require high speed and high productivity. It is much higher than the general control method of moving the inkjet printer to the inkjet position, inkjet, and then move to the inkjet position to inkjet. Of course, the accuracy and quality of inkjet printing must also be guaranteed and meet the requirements.

At the same time, in order to compensate for the deformation of the FPC, it may also be equipped with a flying camera, which first captures the deformation of the printing position during movement, then compensates for the printing position, moves to the printing position, and prints the code. The whole process is completed in motion without stopping, so the printing productivity is greatly improved.
