The picture shows the AOI optical re-inspection machine designated by Bosch, a major international manufacturer. It is mounted on a conveyor belt (the control body is embedded in the mainstream conveyor belt) and connected to the front-end AOI, including a code reading waiting position, a re-inspection position, and an NG processing position. The servo system drives the 3D microscope and automatically moves to the AOI error reporting position, allowing the operator to use the 3D microscope and cooperate with the HDMI high-definition industrial camera for re-inspection.
