Used by major Taiwan-funded semiconductor manufacturers in Taiwan, Substrate detects and replaces board picking machines.
It is also used in the replacement of different working Trays in semiconductor factories, that is, changing from one Tray disk to another;
The workflow is:
1) The substrate that has been tested is marked, and the entire stack of Trays is placed into the automatic feeder;
2) After Tray enters the picker, visually detect Tray’s position offset, as well as the status mark and position of each Substrate;
3) The servo system will absorb and discard the marked Substrate, and then go to the good material Tray to absorb the Substrate and put it into the empty space for replacement;
4) When the replacement of NG material in the entire Tray is completed, go to the collecting machine to harvest a stack;
5) Continuous circulation;
It includes 2 sets of high-speed motion systems to drive multiple sets of suction heads to maintain extremely high production capacity and replacement speed. Paired with multiple sets of automatic Tray Feeders, the entire tray of OK products can be collected. The upper and lower vision systems align and provide visual inspection functions.
