This equipment is used by major module manufacturers in their Shenzhen factories and is mainly used for cleaning and assembling lens modules in dust-free workshops.
The equipment has 3 sets of servo transmission belts, each set has a lens module fixture. The operator places the product into the jig, which enters the cleaning module. The robot drives the module to a 10-level dust-free cloth and dips it in special cleaning fluid to wipe the lens. The operator confirms that the cleaning is complete or wipes again. Then move to the assembly module, place the lens, and automatically lock the screws. The intelligent electric screwdriver ensures the quality and torque control of locking screws. After completion, exit and refuel by the operator. The whole process is operated in a high dust-free workshop. Compared with manual production, the production capacity and quality are increased several times, and automated production is realized.
There is no static electricity in the whole process. The screw locking is fool-proof and visually detects whether the screw is in the center to ensure the quality of the screw and product safety.
