CMOS, CCD Flatness Check
In the camera industry, the flatness requirements for image sensors CMOS and CCD assembled on the base plate are very strict, especially for small cameras, such as mobile phone cameras, tablet cameras, laptop cameras, etc. Major manufacturers have strict requirements on this.
This equipment is used by leading companies in many industries. It is basically a standard testing equipment equipped with point laser, line laser scanning or 3D structured light technology to obtain 3D data of contour and flatness. Of course, the equipment can also be adapted to measure the flatness of precision components using other measurement principles.

The measurement principle is to take the height data of multiple points at a fixed position of each product. The software forms a plane. The algorithm forms a regression plane, then compares the warpage of different points, and then determines its flatness based on the tolerance.
The operator puts the entire Tray product in, and the system reads the position and posture of each product, and then reads the 3D data of multiple points of the product according to the program, then analyzes, outputs the results, manages and uploads the data. Extremely high speed is required to ensure production capacity. The software needs to automatically eliminate test interference factors, improve tolerance, and achieve precise and consistent detection results.
