The equipped chuck jig places the processed product in the desired posture, takes out the product to be processed, and correctly places it into the fixture of the machining center to start automated processing.
In addition to providing alignment and picking up product positioning, the equipped 3D vision can also provide product appearance inspection to determine whether the product is defective. Peripheral transmission, product collection, test benches, cleaning modules, etc. replace manual labor and achieve fully automatic operations. Compared with manual work, it is safer, more efficient and cost-effective. Mounted on the ground axis, generally one loading robot can take care of 2-4 machining centers. The equipped mechanisms depend on the needs, such as fixtures, lasers, vision, cleaning modules, etc.
