This equipment is part of Huawei's automatic power supply assembly line. It needs to be fully automated, stable, and has an extremely low error rate. It requires visual correction, inspection, and tooling design for each process to eliminate the possibility of problems.
First work station:
1) Take out the power supply base plate from the Tray that is tested at the upper station, flip it over, visually align it, and put it into the jig
2) Take out the heat sink from the Tray Feeder, visually align it, and put it into the jig
Second work station
1) Fixture positioning and screw hole correction
2) Automatically lock screws and visually correct the picked screws
3rd station
1) Visual inspection of product appearance
2) Automatically sort, flip, put into Tray arrangement, and flow into the next process
