MES data docking of automation equipment
At present, major electronic manufacturing companies generally use MES systems (Manufacturing Execution System, the middle layer system of intelligent manufacturing), needs to monitor the end equipment (such as the label information of fully automatic labeling, the coding information of the fully automatic inkjet printer, the operating status of the equipment itself, etc.), or take actions based on different information (such as throwing materials if the labels do not meet the requirements, etc.)
However, because MES system manufacturers currently do not have unified standards, this kind of data docking is currently biased towards non-standard research and development. The current research and development process is as follows:
1) The customer puts forward specific requirements for data upload, provides its MES software interface, feeds back the corresponding information, and stipulates the corresponding actions for the feedback.
2) Software engineers from the automation system manufacturer (Waltrontech) develop corresponding embedded software and connect the corresponding automation equipment
3) Need to go to the site to actually test improvements
4) The whole process takes about 2 or 3 days to 1 or 2 weeks.
5) Mainly the investment cost, technical problems can be solved. But once it is developed, subsequent machines can be shared.
When customers have this demand, they need to consider the entire process and reserve corresponding research and development time. Generally speaking, this kind of work cannot be done all at once during the research and development stage of the equipment itself.
