Flexible intelligent vibration feeding, adaptable to a variety of parts and even mixed materials
In the industry, in intelligent assembly workstations, the products produced often change and are produced from different parts. The traditional feeding method requires different vibrating feeders to be customized for different materials. Corresponding to the current working mode of multiple varieties and small batches, it has adverse effects, such as time cost, debugging cost and high hardware cost, which creates obstacles for the increasingly popular smart production.
The use of flexible intelligent vibration feeding is an effective solution, which can adapt to a variety of different assembly parts and even mix a variety of parts. Reduce the hardware costs, installation and commissioning costs incurred by requiring multiple feeders. Although the initial investment cost is high, the subsequent cost-effectiveness is very high.
Of course, this way of working requires cooperation with an intelligent workstation, a robot or servo robot hand, and machine vision.
The main working principle is that the vibration plate vibrates and spreads various parts. The upper machine vision analysis identifies the type and posture of each part. Then the robot adjusts the position and posture of the chuck or suction head to suck the appropriate parts. If the current part status cannot be easily identified or is not easily grasped, the vibration will continue to change the attitude and position of the part. The cycle continues.
There is a material bin behind the feeder, which automatically replenishes the parts when the parts are basically used up.
