It is mainly used before welding lithium battery packs (battery packs are composed of many sets of 18650 lithium batteries, and the direction of the positive and negative poles of each 18650 must be correct, otherwise it will cause a short-circuit explosion after the welding is completed). Before welding, visually confirm whether the arrangement shape, quantity, polarity, etc. are correct to ensure that the welded product is correct, otherwise the product will be scrapped and cause a short-circuit explosion during testing.
Generally, manual inspection often makes mistakes, and since this error is not allowed, machine vision automatic inspection becomes an inevitable choice. This equipment can also inspect the required appearance characteristics, visual inspection, etc., with high speed, efficiency and reliability.
