Visual inspection of workpieces using a 3D microscope

After the mechanical parts are processed, manual visual inspection is required. Traditionally, operators rotate each working surface for visual inspection, which is relatively labor-intensive and tedious.

Using a 3D microscope/3D magnifying glass, the operator only needs to put in the workpiece, and the observation image automatically observes all sides. The operator only needs to concentrate on observing, and does not need to manually rotate each side to perform quality inspection.

Projecting the image onto the display screen becomes a video microscope, greatly reducing the operator's labor intensity. And the observation is clearer, making it easier to find defects.
