5) Precise vacuum breaking to ensure the lowest disturbance of air flow. Because the components are light and have no fixed adhesive forces, any irregular airflow disturbances can negatively impact the assembly. Requires precise controllable vacuum breaking air flow control and consistency;

6) Other means to ensure quality as much as possible, such as jig design, tolerance design, and design based on specific actual conditions;

7) Both assembly accuracy and speed need to be taken into consideration, because the introduction of various precision and safeguard measures will consume time, and a balance point needs to be found between them;

8) With the precision of dispensing, mounting, curing and other processes, the component modules that implement these functions also need to be redesigned;
