The customer is ***, a well-known storage manufacturer located in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province;

Requirements: Connect behind the online splitter, automatically arrange, put DRAM (vertical), SSD (flat) into the material tray and arrange them; the whole process is stress-free to avoid damage to the product.

           Automated operation, automatically switches the collecting tray, and automatically sets different collecting methods according to the incoming materials from the front; UPH800-1200;

           Visually inspect the appearance of DRAM and reserve the docking AGV receiving frame;

Implementation steps:

1. arrange; organize;

2. Visual inspection of DRAM; 

3. In order to meet the customer's stress requirements, the servo module uses a suction head mode;

4. Use a motor to perform 90-degree flipping, and multiple groups can be performed at the same time;

5. Another set of servo modules is clamped and placed into the receiving tray;

6. The material tray is located in the elevator, and the corresponding material tray is pulled out by the mechanism for visual alignment compensation;

7. Automatically change trays after receiving full materials;

8. Reserve manual collection or AGV'Automatically replace the tray frame;

9. Connect with MES, monitor the whole process, and the process is traceable;
