The laminate storage and turnover vehicle is a universal storage and turnover vehicle in the electronics assembly industry. PCBA is placed on the laminate board to form a turnover vehicle. It is transported to the loading position, the PCBA is taken out and placed at the entrance of the next process. This solution uses robots to replace manual labor in picking up PCBAs and placing them on laminate carts, and automatically replaces different layers.

The process includes:

1. Open the corresponding laminate board, the robot scans the PCBA on the board to get its position and font, then the robot takes it out, then performs visual alignment and automatically puts it on the device;

2. Take out the PCBA from the equipment and place it on the corresponding laminate space for storage;

3. Automatic replacement of laminate boards;

4. Full automation and intelligent handling of various situations encountered;
