The customer's product locking screws require extreme precision because they need to be pre-locked first to allow for uniform glue application and stress, and then high-torque tightening is required a second time. When locking screws manually, the cross of the bit can be accurately aligned with the cross recess of the screw. However, when automation is implemented, automatic alignment is also required to avoid damage to the screws and stress.

The countermeasure is: use a camera to take a picture of the cross recess on the current screw and analyze its position and angle. The electric batch used is a smart electric batch, and the bit head is controlled to rotate at the corresponding angle to match the position of the cross recess of the screw.

In this way, the screw can be perfectly inserted into the screw after the bit is lowered, and the high torque lock will not damage the screw or destroy the current torque.

Such implementation requires mechanism and software coordination, increases costs, and reduces efficiency a bit, but it is necessary for these sophisticated application requirements.
