Shaping, cutting, and automatic feeding of special-shaped parts such as pins, terminals, and ICs

During automated assembly, materials need to be fed automatically. Many non-standard special materials require the design of special modules for shaping, arrangement, etc.

For example: 1) Power pins, power pins with a diameter of 0.8-3mm, the incoming materials are bulk materials, which need to be arranged, sorted, and output in the opposite direction using precision vibration disks. Moreover, because it needs to keep up with the speed of the placement machine, vertical posture vibration output is required to reduce its running distance and increase the output speed. Since the PIN is small and has various appearances, it needs to be designed specifically. And Waltrontech requires considerable mechanical and control precision.

2. The incoming materials such as IC are rolled materials and need to be bent in various ways before being assembled into the housing. Sometimes complex bending and molding at multiple angles is required. First, precise positioning and cutting are required, then bending, molding, and inspection are required. It requires precision modules, and at the same time cooperates with the vision and precision pickup of the placement machine for inspection and pick-and-place. Testing is also required.

3. Different requirements require specially designed feeders and cutting and molding modules.

Stable and precise feeding is the prerequisite for automated assembly, which is an important part of automation.
