What are the supporting equipment before and after the magnetic core grinder process in power supply production?

1. Magnetic core dispensing: Online automatic dispensing machine; 

2. Magnetic core mounting: SMT placement machine;

3. Magnetic core grinder; removes air gaps and ensures that the magnetic flux reaches the standard;

4. For LCR magnetic core inductance testing, most customers currently do manual inspection, but some customers use a flying probe tester for full inspection, or a simplified version of the flying probe tester with the same principle. 

   The double-motor linear motor module drives 2 sets of test needles to perform inductance measurement on the measuring points of each magnetic core, and is used for applications requiring full inspection;

5. Glue curing oven;

6. AOI detects core deviation, but if it is a full inspection, core deviation will significantly lead to low inductance;
