Key test
The camera captures solid color screen displays with different backgrounds, such as all white, all black, and all red, detects the bright and dark points of the screen, and tests the accuracy of bright and dark lines to match the working distance, and the lens is adjustable. It is generally set to 0.08mm, which is equivalent to one pixel on a retina screen. It is already difficult for the human eye to distinguish. Under this accuracy, dust will cause misjudgment, so when the requirements are high, use an ion air gun to clean the surface before placing it.
More sophisticated screen testing requires higher hardware configuration and supporting environment.
sound test
Microphone reads sound and detects sound pressure, frequency, waveform, and harmonic distortion. Higher requirements require higher hardware configuration and supporting environment.
Voltage, current, etc.
DAQ is required to detect and read voltage, current, etc. for detection.
Sensor testing
Cooperate with the mechanism to read sensor signals or displays, such as displacement, brightness, vibration, infrared proximity, etc.;
Camera detection
Basic camera parameter detection such as contrast, sharpness, color. Higher requirements require higher hardware configuration and supporting environment.
Appearance inspection
Scratches, dirt, silk screen and laser engraving errors, etc. Higher requirements require higher hardware configuration and supporting environment.
