Precision online nitrogen aging equipment
Applied to the Songshan Lake Base of the major communications company, it is mainly an automatic aging equipment for optical devices. The main requirements are: manual contact, automatic transportation and aging in an aging furnace, nitrogen environment, and automatic output. In view of the precision requirements of optical devices, the output process needs to be extremely low-vibration and very reliable, and the temperature control needs to be uniform and precise. It is specially designed and manufactured according to the specific requirements of H Company.

1) The servo automatically loads the material. After the servo system detects the incoming material, it automatically lifts and lowers the precision jig into the aging furnace. It requires precision, micro-vibration, small size, and reliability;
2) Precision aging furnace, multi-layer orbital aging furnace, precise and uniform temperature control, high temperature resistance and precision track, can accommodate multiple groups or more of products to be aged at the same time, and each group can be controlled independently;
3) The servo automatically discharges materials, automatically lifts and lowers the docked products, and then accurately sends out the back-end process;
4) MES connection, full-time monitoring
5) Made entirely of stainless steel, with high electrostatic discharge protection requirements;
The entire process is monitored throughout and uploaded to the system; specific requirements are designed and built according to different requirements.
