Steel pipe high-speed automated line edge selection, punching, measurement and packaging
The square steel pipes used in large quantities in the furniture industry are large in volume and precise, and labor efficiency is low. There is an urgent need for automated production lines. It is required to be compatible with different sizes. Select the welding edge for positioning and punching, measure its length to ensure accurate punching position, and then bundle it into a bundle according to the quantity, output and collect. It requires fast speed, more than 5,400 pieces per hour.
First, a large number of cleaned steel pipes are put in manually, which requires automatic discharge and separation. Because the punching position needs to be welded again, visual inspection is required to ensure that it is flipped to the welding side. Then it is automatically pushed into the positioning fixture for high-speed punching, and a laser sensor is used for length measurement and NG throwing. The completed steel pipes will be sorted into a bundle according to the quantity requirements, then tied by a tie machine, and the belt output is collected.
Because high speed is required, multiple sets of modules work at the same time to ensure production capacity. The production line consists of multiple pieces of equipment, including separators, steel pipe discharging conveyor belts, flipping edge selection, stamping measurement, arrangement and strapping, and belt output equipment. The production line is adapted to produce different types of steel pipes, calling different plans and automatically adjusting and adapting.
